EVA is the Civil Engineer of Record for the exterior improvement at Lowell Elementary School in Chicago’s Humboldt Park Neighborhood. The proposed improvements include flatwork improvements for the parking lot, playground and garden. The proposed playground is designed to symbolize the school’s color and mascot of the Lion. The design provided interactive and immersive play with wide variety of equipment. Drainage infrastructure was accounted in both the parking lot and playground. Construction of the project was completed in Summer 2025.
